This presentation will outline some of the materials are used on a regular basis on projects in offices. Highlighting the importance of choosing the right material palette and working together to give the intended result. This will explore common materials like wood, concrete, tiles, stone, etc., by using a constructed project as an example. Characteristics of materials and things to be considered in choosing a material will be analyzed – sizes, finishes, other factors of the material that drive design, etc. Vendors and their websites for material sourcing.
